Zhengju New Materials has been successfully delivered to a high-pressure steel wire mesh skeleton pipeline project in a mine in North China.
Recently, Zhengju New Materials has officially completed the pipeline production of a slurry transportation project in a mine in North China, and has successfully delivered the whole batch on site. The products produced and delivered this time: 2.5 MPa high-pressure detection of SRTP pipeline to ensure the operation under bad working conditions. Because the long-distance transportation of mine mud requires extremely high pressure bearing and wear resistance of pipes, and the project period is tight, Zhengju New Materials has concentrated the production capacity of automatic SRTP (steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe) workshop in this production. The pipe delivered this time covers more than DN50 to DN600 specifications, and the designed nominal pressure is up to 2.5 MPa.
In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the pipeline in the complex geological conditions of mines in North China, destructive tests and rigorous non-destructive water pressure tightness tests were carried out in each batch of pipes before leaving the factory, and all indicators met the factory standards, achieving zero stratification.
Steel-plastic composite structure solves the pain point of long-distance water transportation and slurry transportation. The traditional pure plastic pipeline often has the problems of insufficient stiffness and easy deformation when facing high pressure and long-distance slurry transportation. SRTP pipe produced by Zhengju New Materials adopts high-strength plastic steel mesh as the reinforcement skeleton, and the outer layer of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) is tightly wrapped, forming a composite structure of steel and plastic. This structure not only retains the chemical characteristics of HDPE pipe, such as acid and alkali resistance, pulp erosion resistance and no scaling, but also greatly improves the impact resistance and foundation settlement resistance of pipe network, which can effectively reduce the cost of later operation and pipeline replacement. With the logistics linkage, it is a logistics difficulty for technicians to guide the transportation and on-site loading and unloading of large-diameter industrial pipes. By cooperating with the professional heavy freight team, Zhengzhou New Materials ensured that the pipes of various specifications were delivered to the project site on time and safely according to the construction nodes.
