MOHS 9 HARDNESS STEEL LINED CERAMIC PIPE FOR EXTREME EROSION AND JAGGED TAILINGS
When standard composite pipes fail, our extreme wear resistant steel lined ceramic pipe provides the ultimate solution for high-friction cyclone feed lines. By embedding high-alumina ceramic tiles into a rubber buffer layer, this triple-layered system withstands the cutting force of extremely hard, large-diameter sharp particles (>10mm) in bottom ash and magnetite transport.

Steel-lined rubber-ceramic pipe is a composite pipe consisting of a carbon steel outer tube, a wear-resistant rubber intermediate layer, and a high-alumina ceramic inner layer. This design fully utilizes the high hardness of the high-alumina ceramic inner layer, the shock-absorbing performance of the rubber intermediate layer, and the high-pressure resistance of the steel. Therefore, this product has withstood rigorous testing by domestic customers and numerous international EPC projects, demonstrating excellent reliability and an extremely low after-sales failure rate. This product uses flange connections. Please contact us; we will provide complete technical solutions and accurate quotations based on your needs.
